Conveniently located near transportation, clean and spacious rooms, and friendly staff. This hotel had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and close to many attractions, including the Sapporo factory and the Susukino area. The rooms were also well-maintained and spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax. the staff were very helpful and provided me with helpful information about transportation and directions.
All good. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I have no negative feedback to share.

It's literally within short walking distance to nijo market. The hotel was not far from Sapporo train station. All in all our stay was good, no reason to complain.

Convenient Location for Exploring 🌆
We had dinner somewhere close by, just a quick 300-foot walk from here, and it didn't disappoint. It's a good spot to start your exploration of all the cool stuff around. We really enjoyed our time at this place! the location is perfect, walking distance to all the attractions.

It was within walking distance to both the train station and the Sapporo factory, which I enjoyed exploring. the staff members were friendly and helpful, even providing umbrellas for rainy days.
One thing that could use some improvement is the outdated interior design, particularly the light green bathroom tiles.

Close to restaurants and public transportation. , good Wi-Fi signal all over the place. Just by walking you would be able to enjoy several eating places and get your transportation passes. there is a convenience store nearby. This helped me save some money on food and souvenirs.
The room was too small, uncomfortable bed, and old-fashioned bathroom. The noise was unbearable at night because of outside traffic and the AC system.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location is absolutely perfect. It is conveniently situated near both the train station and the subway, making it extremely easy to explore the city and its surrounding areas. Additionally, being centrally located in the city centre meant that we were just a stone's throw away from all the bustling attractions and lively entertainment in the vibrant Susukino area.
In summary, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel's prime location, along with its excellent services and amenities, truly made our trip to this city a memorable one.

Good price and location, comfortable AC temperature, and umbrellas provided in the room and lobby.
The automatic toilet water running for a few seconds every time you sit on it can be annoying. I had a pleasant Christmas stay in this hotel.
